    I met Frank through a mutual friend and he was absolutely great to work with! I met with him and picked out a car and ended up having to wait a couple weeks due to being out of town. I was nervous that by the time I got back the car would be gone, but when I got back I reached out to Frank and he ended up getting me an even better deal than before! Frank and his team work extremely efficiently. I was able to leave with my new car the same day I saw it for the first time! I was actually confused when Frank gave me the keys, as I am used to dealing with Massachusetts dealerships and the RMV. I couldn’t believe how quickly Frank and his team were able to get the deal done! Finally, before I left Frank’s team took the time to make sure I knew what all the features in the car were and assured I knew what everything was prior to leaving the lot. Overall, I highly recommend working with Frank and the team at Mercedes Benz Bonita Springs!

    Great experience! From the initial handshake to the handshake just before I drove off in my newly purchased vehicle Gregory was professional, personable and attentive.     My family has been buying Mercedes from Doug for years and I decided to make my first personal purchase with Doug at Bonita Springs. I waited close to 9 months for my new S580 but it was well worth it as this dealership is one of the only dealerships that doesn't charge above sticker price in this crazy market. Doug kept me updated every step of the way on my car through phone calls and text messages and accommodated the several build modification requests I had along the way. The dealership itself is one of the nicest I have seen and the entire process went very smooth the day I arrived to pickup my car. Overall, I highly rate this dealership and Doug as well. I will be a repeat customer for life and will refer my friends as well.

    This is the second review That I have written. The first one was erased for no reason. My car buying experience with Ken was really pleasant. He treated me with courtesy and was very professional. He made the whole process flow very smoothly. I never felt pressured to buy anything and my new car was delivered to me in pristine condition. I have purchased 3 new Mercedes from this dealership; 2 GLE 300’s and a 2022 AMG GT43. This car is Jupiter Red and it shines like a new coin! I’ve already had many people tell me how much they like it. The interior is machiano beige and it is unique and beautiful. Please thank Ken again for making the whole process fun and exciting.     This is the worst place on earth to buy a car! Called a week in advance to come look and purchase the vehicle. 2Day’s before coming the salesman calls me twice to tell me other people are looking at the car, ( a tactic not necessary since I already told them I was going to to buy the car!) After driving over 230 miles to purchase the vehicle, I was 20 miles away when the salesman calls again, and says this car is part of a recall and can not be sold! After I get to the dealership, I look, drive and want to write a check then for the total amount. They beg me to finance the car because Mercedes had a deal going,, where they would make your first 2 payments up to $1500. A month earlier I just inherited over a million dollars and $1500 really didn’t mean that much to me, it was more like $1500 inconvenience to me and delayed delivery of the car. After driving over 230 miles to purchase the car, I had no intentions of driving back. The dealership offered to hold the vehicle and deliver it to my home since I would also be out of town awhile. After 2 weeks of endless phone calls from the salesman, concerning finances and insurance and delivery, the vehicle was scheduled to be delivered on a Friday. The morning of delivery the salesman calls AGAIN, and informs me they wrecked the car loading the vehicle but wanted to know if I still wanted it, and says, “ it is still drivable!” I told them NO...I CAN ALWAYS MAKE MORE MONEY, I CAN NOT MAKE MORE TIME..THESE PEOPLE WASTED MY TIME AND COULD HAVE CARED LESS!
