I bought the model that I wanted with the options I wanted. My salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the Mercedes product. Excellent buying experience. My salesperson (Doug Siegel) was very patient and took the time to walk me through every facet of the purchase. I had the same experience with Andrew in the finance department and Charles the product concierge. I met the people in the service department as well. This was my first experience of owning a Mercedes. (a car that I always hoped to own someday.) Working with Ken was wonderful. He took the time to show and tell me about the C300. He always kept me up to date on the status of the car. From the the time it was starting to build, shipment and transporting dates to the arrival of my new car. Picked the car up today and the knowledge of the operation of the vehicle with Brandon was excellent. I feel that with my experience that I have had with Ken, Brandon and Harry (the financing) my future will be with Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs.

Exceptional dealership. Everything is first class from the receptionist all the way up the chain to the New Car Sales Manager. I am a repeat customer which is a testament to my view of the dealership. This dealership delivers as promised. Of note, there is a dealership in Ft Myers which is 30 min closer but I chose Bonita Springs. I received a fair trade for a 2015 trade-in and the dealership was willing to deal on my purchase to a fair trade price that was inside the KBB fair price . Overall happy and I will use this dealership again and I will use them for service. The Salesman (Anthony Demo) was equally exceptional, very knowledgeable and honest as well as easy to discuss price issues. When we reached an impasse on price, we went one on one with the New Car Sales Mngr (David) behind the desk who was willing to listen and further adjust price. The car we bought although used (2018) appeared to be new . It was certified so all of the maintenance was current. My only concern was that the front tires were not new for this 14000 mile vehicle (rear tires were new). The Salesman is not listed below so I name him here (Anthony Demosthenis)

Bought a new E450 sedan in May and my buying experience was exceptional. Thomas Nagy, my sales person, was straight forward and gave me his bottom line price. The price quoted was very competitive compared to other local Mercedes dealers. Trade-in price for my old vehicle was a fair price. Thomas was very friendly and worked with me to get the car I wanted fast since the options I desired were not available on their lot, He provided a written price estimate via email. No hidden fees and most of the bargaining talk was via phone/email, Once I arrived at the dealership only a test drive of the model was required before the deal was struck. I have bought over 15 cars in my life and this purchase was the best.

Greg Libutti did an outstanding job handling my transaction. He provided a seamless process for me all the way through. There was never any pressure and he was extremely accomodating with my needs. He in fact was able to totally exceed my expectatios when I asked for a particular concession. Mercedes Benz of Bonita has equally highly skilled managers that assisted in the process. Matt who is the acquisition manager exceeded my expectations. Andrew , the finance manager was very knowledgeable and had some very cool technology to guide us through the purchase process. He too was very accommodating. Overall, this was by far the best auto purchase process that I have evr been involved in. Thanks to Greg and his team for doing such a great job.
