Buying a car can be very stressful and buying a car under pressure even more stressful. My husband was in a bad car accident to no fault of his own and Anthony and John made the experience so easy and painless. I was referred to the dealership by a friend and honestly didn’t even want to go through a dealership because of the experience of having to haggle for a car. There was no haggling. I was able to do most of the paperwork online and then just showed up, signed and drove away. It was amazing! Anthony went above and beyond can’t recommend them enough!!!

Shopping at BONITA SPRINGS Mercedes-Benz has been a sheer pleasure. A wide choice of beautiful convertibles and an excellent sales person. My wife and I were shopping for a Mercedes convertible, but ran into Anthony Demosthenes, our salesman. He showed a wide variety of awesome Mercedes convertibles, but we were attracted to a Porsche Boxster S that had just be traded which we ended up buying. Anthony was just a knowledgable in demonstrating the Porsche as he would have been had we chosen a Mercedes. When we decide to swap the Porsche for a Mercedes, this will be the dealership that we return to. Five star dealership!!!

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond for me. Very honest, very good communication, I will not go anywhere else, and they are not the nearest dealer to me at all. Renee, the sales person was the best auto sales person I have ever had the privilege of working with. She was respectful, honest and so knowledgeable about the product, and went above and beyond in all she did. When I pointed out a tiny tiny tear in the seat after I got home with the car I thought there would be nothing they could do about it and that was OK. But they ordered a brand new seat and installed it for me at no charge. Who does this anymore? Don’t even think, if you are near them, go to them. And ask for Renee.

I was first introduced to Renee about 2.5 years ago after an unpleasant experience with another salesperson. I was waiting on an incoming car to arrive. I knew the car had finally arrived, but the other salesman wouldn’t return my calls. I was telling a friend about my awful experience and she said why don’t you call Renee, she’s awesome. I called Renee within a few hours. I had a full video of the car and an appointment to see it. Within another day we had a deal. Recently, I unfortunately was involved in an accident. Renee was the first person I called to start the search. She is not your typical car salesman/saleswoman. She listens to what I am looking for and my needs. She answered all my questions and explained even more so. I never feel pressured. She both times has gone above and beyond making buying a car a positive experience not a horrible job!

Colin Grindly took us for the test drive because Ken Lucas had to leave shortly after showing the car. Neither knew much about this mild hybrid, but we had already done our research. Colin was pleasant and Ken was terse and unhelpful. While purchasing the CPO 2021 GLS450, I asked Ken for a copy of the last maintenance shop record and and he said it was policy not to give such records. He said everything was on Carfax. So I asked why was an airbag just replaced. He then gave me the shop record with no mention of an airbag. Financer Harry tried rushing thru signatures, then spent a boringly long time on extended warranties, prepaid maintenance, tire protection. He failed to have our bank draft faxed with both sides, so that snarled financing for a week. Concierge Brandon was polite and showed us features of the car. However, he could not explain how the anti-theft features worked and promised to call and tell us. After a week of no callback, I phoned Brandon and told him how it works. He did help us through programming the homelink feature because the instructions in the manual were in error. We love the car - the staff was average to disappointing in their performance.
